It has a kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge and 2 burner stove top with no oven), full bathroom, satellite tv, ceiling fan and a shared covered seating area with an amazing water view.
 
1 Car parking space is included in this rental; additional cars are $10.00 per car/per day. 
Pets are allowed in this unit- Pets are $25.00 per pet, per night.
 
Please note that we do experience fire bans increasingly in the summer, which prohibit the use of recreational fires and charcoal. In such cases, guests will need to make plans to bring their own propane fire pit or cooktop.
