Outdoor deck right on the water with a private open air hot tub, outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ and sweeping views of the canal. 1 Car parking space is included in this rental; additional cars are $10.00 per car/per day. Pets are $25.00 per pet, per night.
 
Please note that we do experience fire bans increasingly in the summer, which prohibit the use of recreational fires and charcoal. In such cases, guests will need to make plans to bring their own propane fire pit or cooktop.
